Prior to going to Denver Suzuki I visited another suzuki dealer. Medved in Wheatridge Colorado. My experience at this dealership was horrible at best. To start with I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle with Lisa one of the online managers. Before I agreed to come down I explained to her that I wanted a black suzuki sx4 manual with the touring package. When I arrived at the dealership duiring my scheduled time Lisa didn't even remember she made an appointment with me, I was shoved off onto another employee. When we went to look at the vehicles they had in stock all that they had were automatic transmissions. I explained to the sales person that I would only take a manual and he pulled the "what would it take to get you in one of these cars line..." Instead of offering to locate a vehicle that I wanted they simply told me that I would have to special order one. In the process they ran the numbers for financing. The price they offered me was near $100/month higher

Like I said before, Bernard the sales person was very helpful, respectful, and honest. I felt very comfortable with him, and never felt any pressure. he even went with me to another dealership to help me price compare the two vehicles side by side. It was a good experience. The salesman, Bernard, Quisumbing, was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I told him what I wanted to pay and he recommended your vehicle. He didn't give me any bullshit and seemed most concerned about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I would have appreciated a discount on the extended warranty, particularly since I was buying a "new" 08 with 150 miles on it, but that wasn't offered by the finance guy. What I liked most about the car was the price and the safety features as I was buying it for my teenage daughter. It had everything you needed, but not things that you didn't need and would just have inflated the car's price. If this car holds up over time, I would say its a really great car for young driver's that want small cars, as my daughter did, (cause she is short). If it got more gas mileage, say 32-40, I would say its the perfect car at the price I paid plus about 2000.00 more I would have been willing to pay.

Hi Bernard, 
I wanted to let you know the car did great on the way home, all 270 miles of the trip. I thought it may be slow in the mountains but it had no trouble going up hills.  I reset the miles per gallon display to see what mileage I would get in the mountains.  I thought the mileage would plummet but it didn't.  The average miles per gallon was 28.0.  That's what the car is rated to get on the highway.  I never expected it to get that in the mountains, I was impressed.
I also loved the way it handle the curvy roads coming up the Grand Mesa. I had a Jeep Wrangler in front of me that had to slow down around the curves.  The Jeeps high center of gravity made it lean and pull as it went around the curves.  My Jeep Cherokee did the same thing.  My car went around the curves smooth and I really didn't need to go as slow as the Jeep.  There was no pull at all.  The car holds the road great.  I feel a lot better about driving this winter.  My old Jeep Cherokee was terrible in the snow.  I feel like this car will get me to work and back with no problems.  Anyway, I thought I would just let you know how great the car did and how much I love it.  Thanks for every thing. You were great. I love this car.
